Make today a day in which you try to be all that Christ saved you for and wants you to be.

A note from Journaling Bee

Please look at this blog as a glimpse into my own personal journal. Each post or prayer is based on my own spiritual growth and experiences, and although I am, as the Bible describes, “running the race” as hard as I can go, I am far from reaching the goal of spiritual maturity. I am learning as I go, seeking to build a deeper, more meaningful relationship with Christ, my Savior. And I’ve decided to share the journey of that race with you.

I confess to chasing many squirrels along the way. Some of these “squirrel chases” are necessary parts of my spiritual growth and God has led me down these paths deliberately. Others are caused by my own lack of paying attention and selfish whims. But if I keep at it and continue seeking the Spirit’s guidance, eventually I get back on track.

I pray that as I share these thoughts on what I have learned and continue to learn, that they may help you “run the race” of your own growing spiritual journey.

With love,

Barb, the Journaling Bee
